The Indian Pharmaceutical association along with The Alumna association of Fathima College of Pharmacy celebrated World Pharmacist Day on 24/09/2023.The program was presided by Dr.P.Jayasekhar,President,Indian Pharmaceutical Association,Kerala Branch.The program was inaugurated by the honourable MLA Shri.M Noushad. The guest of honour was Shri.P.Anilkumar,Chairman,ODEPC Ltd. The function was blessed by the presence of other dignitaries from medical field also. The IPA along with The Alumna association of Fathima College Of Pharmacy honoured our dignitaries with the following awards:The IPA pharma excellence award to Shri.SS Venkitakrishnan sir for his valuable contribution to pharmacy profession,The Lifetime achievement award to Shri Azad Rahim for serving the College since 1984.The academic excellence award was given to topper of 2020-2021 to Smt.Gopikrishna.The programs included skit that was aimed to create awareness about antimicrobial resistance.Various panel discussions were conducted based on some controversial topics being discussed nowadays.The program came to an end with the national anthem
